The dredging systems of a CSD typically consist of:
• Cutter excavation system
Main equipment: cutter head or dredge wheel, cutter ladder, suction mouth, etc.
• Dredge pump system
• Onboard pipeline system
Main equipment: suction hose, onboard pipe, gate valve, swivel bend, etc.
• Floating pipeline system
Main equipment: discharging pipe (steel, HDPE/UHMWPE), ball joint, discharge hose, floater, and self-floating hose.
• Auxiliary application system
Main equipment: cutter ladder system, ladder gantry system, side wire system (anchor boom system), spud system, and spud carrier system.
The dredging systems of a TSHD typically consist of:
• Trailing excavation system (Drag arm)
Main equipment: drag head, pipe, single joint, cardan Joint, turning gland, suction hose, and jet water pipeline.
• Dredge pump system
• Discharging system
For unloading to the deep sea, we use bottom door system. For reclamation works, we discharge slurry through a rainbow. For discharging to land, we use the floating pipeline system, same to that of CSD, through bow coupling.
• Auxiliary application system
Main equipment: Gantry system for drag arm, swell compensator, overflow, etc.
